Although my formal education was not art related, as far back as I can remember, I’ve always painted, draw, glued, printed, created. Mine was a long journey of acceptance of what I really felt and was. I believe that our life and the area in which we decide to practice are shaped by hard work, from the experiences of those who have gone before us, as well as our peers, from intelligent critiques and continue questioning of your work without doubting yourself. Before I’ve became a professional artist I’ve worked in the entertainment industry Marketing (both nationally and internationally) for over ten years. I’m inserting a brief recap of this career at the end of the curriculum. I have dual citizenship (my mother was American and my father Italian) and I’ve always lived between these two realities: both from a psychological and a practical point of view. I think that my work as an artist has been strongly influenced by this duality.
